We stayed on the 9th floor. For a couple, the Twin City View room felt a bit small, but the staff’s attitude and customer service were excellent. Their booking and payment system was very professional and hassle-free. We also loved the breakfast—the chow mein was especially delicious! Overall, at 3500 per night, it was definitely value for money.

Sea Moon has amazing rooms for both couples and family. Their room service was excellent. All the basic amenities were given on time. Morning Buffet was good as well. Recommended

This hotel is in excellent Location this is consistently rated as the hotel's strongest feature. Situated near Kolatoli Beach/Dolphin Circle Room prices are affordable. I have no issues with the pricing. In our stay we've been to room number 1216 sea view, 1203 side view & 704 no sea view. All of the rooms are fantastic. Receiption, concierge, porters, housekeeping all of them behaviours are good. I do recommend to all my friends & family & definitely will come back here. Best of luck guys see you soon!
I recently stayed at a hotel near Kolatoli Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. Overall, it was a great experience for a budget-friendly stay. Positives: 1. The room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. 2. The staff were polite, cooperative, and professional. 3. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering around 15–20 delicious items. 4. The toilet was clean, and hot water was always available. 5. The hotel maintained good professional ethics and hospitality. Areas for Improvement: 1. The entrance road was filled with domestic wastewater — the drainage system needs improvement. 2. Lift service is available, but during peak hours it’s not sufficient for all floors. Increasing the lift capacity would make things more convenient. Overall: A great budget hotel with friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms near Kolatoli Beach. I hope to stay here again in the future after some improvements.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sea Moon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I stayed in a side sea view room which was lovely. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choices, and the location is perfect since it’s so close to the beach. On top of that, the price is quite affordable. Overall, a great place to stay in Cox’s Bazar. I would definitely come back!
nice, clean and descent hotel, at dolphin square, near Kolatoli beach. But you won't have sea view room here, but you will have a greater city view witj little ocean touch if you stay here above 10th floor.
